Returns
We have 30 days Returns Policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return
To start a return, you can contact us at info@contactbiosolutions.com.au.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your claim falls outside of the 30-day period, we’ll still do our best to assist. You can always contact us for any return question at info@contactbiosolutions.com.au.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your order amount, not including shipping costs, within 10 business days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such refund.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@contactbiosolutions.com.au.
Conditions for returns*:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were received in the last 30 days
- The goods are in the original packaging and have not been opened and/or used.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any products that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Note: Goods that are damaged or supplied in error are eligible for return*.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as per our Returns Policy, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately by email at info@contactbiosolutions.com.au,if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may require you to send the photo/s of the product/s received, to assess them at our end.
