How We Ship:

 

We use Australia Post to deliver your smaller pack size orders. We use chemcouriers and other transport partners to deliver bulk/commercial orders. We offer free warehouse pickup service for concentrate products from select warehouse locations.

 

Delivery Costs: 

 

Our Australia Post shipping costs are calculated in real-time based on several factors, including your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. This calculation method is necessary due to our products' wide variety of sizes and weights.

 

To obtain an accurate shipping cost estimate in real-time, begin by adding your desired items to your cart. Next, enter your suburb and postal code within the cart, and the shipping cost will be calculated for you. Alternatively, the shipping charges will be automatically calculated during the checkout process.

 

The final shipping cost will consider the weight and size of your items and the distance they need to travel to reach you. This means that the shipping cost may vary depending on the specifics of your order.

 

For bulk size products of 200L Drum and 1000L Drum, we include the shipping costs in response to your “Request a quote” application. Shipping costs for these pack sizes are also based on several factors, including order's weight, dimensions, and destination.

Handling Times: 

 

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of placing your order from our warehouse in Melbourne Victoria.

 

Estimated Delivery Times: 

 

Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 2-8 business days, for some remote areas it can take up to 5-12 business days.

 

Free Warehouse Pickups: 

 

We offer free warehouse pickup service for concentrate products from select warehouse locations, to use this service, simply select “warehouse pickup” option at the checkout. For further details on free warehouse pickups, click here.

 

Tracking Deliveries:

 

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched with a link to track your order. Please check your junk folder if you haven't received a tracking email, or Contact Us, and we'll be able to assist.

 

What to Do If Your Order Is Not Received:

 

If your order is not delivered within the timeframes outlined above, please contact us by email at info@contactbiosolutions.com.au, and we'll work with you to decide the best course of action. These may include liaising with the courier to find out when your order is and their expected delivery timeframe or resending your order if the items are lost or damaged in transit.
